TeamSpeak Update – 3.0.12.3

Currently we’re running version 3.0.11.4 and may not update to the latest 3.0.12.x as there have been a lot of security vulnerabilities introduced in 3.0.12.x It seems the latest version (3.0.12.3) seems to have fixed most, but we’re still looking into it. When we receive more information we will let you know.

Depending on what we hear there may be a update to 3.0.12.3 on April 2, 2016. During this time there will be extended downtime as we will also perform a system backup as well as update the kernel and OS Version.

Current Status: Postponed. (Update: March 27) – We’re waiting for the next version (3.0.12.4). If the next version doesn’t fix the remaining vulnerabilities we will just be upgrading the System.

What: We will be performing a full system backup as well as upgrading our system including TeamSpeak to the latest version.

When: April 22, 2016 @ 10:00 AM (GMT +0 / UTC) ~ This may be cancelled.

Expected Downtime: 5-10 minutes depending on how long the updates take. We’re aiming to be under 5 minutes.
