We are currently investigating why TeamSpeak is not responding. We’re unable to connect to the server, or able to send a distress signal to force a reboot. We’ve also received multiple alerts regarding CPU usage and memory usage.

Update 2:41 UTC – We’ve successfully sent a shutdown command. We’re rebooting the server now.

Update 2:42 UTC – Server is back online. We’re looking into why this happened.

Update 3:01 UTC – Crash was caused by lack of memory. Bunch of live kernel updates and the server ran out of memory which caused a kernel panic.

 

We will be performing server maintenance on Sept 4, 2017 at 11:30 UTC to increase the amount of server memory to prevent this from happening again.
