Reason for Maintenance	Upgrade TeamSpeak server to 3.0.13.8, backup databases, Add additional memory
Duration	~ 5 minutes
Description	The TeamSpeak 3 server (voice.helpcomponline.com, voice.gamersarray.com) will be brought down to update to the latest version 3.0.13.8. We will be upgrading the memory on the machine to prevent issues such as https://gamersarray.com/teamspeak-outage-sept-2

Update : All services were updated, backed up server, updated memory. Services were restored at 11:49 AM UTC.
