Server Maintenance

Reason for Maintenance	Upgrade TeamSpeak server to 3.0.13.6, backup databases
Duration	~ 3 minutes
Description	The TeamSpeak 3 server (voice.helpcomponline.com, voice.gamersarray.com) will be brought down to update to the latest version 3.0.13.6. We are also hoping that the server restart / update will fix the issue with [Bot]Asuna randomly assigning the “New User” group due to a issue where Asuna is receiving null information. We will also be implementing an auto-start / restart script in case of an unexpected server reboot / shutdown.
