Channel Inactivity Wipe – July 18 – Completed
We will be performing another inactive channel wipe on July 18, 2017.
Please check https://gamersarray.com/teamspeakchannelactivity to see if your channel is inactive.
Only inactive channels (channels with a red icon) will be deleted. If your channel is showing as inactive and it should be active please submit a ticket here: https://support.helpcomponline.com/en/new-ticket – Include your channel name. We will modify your channel to mark it as active.
Channels are scanned every 30 minutes. If there’s someone in the channel when it’s scanned it will be marked as active. Once a channel is active, it will stay active until the next wipe.
