I have received some reports from about 3-5 users that are having issues connecting to our servers (GamersArray and TeamSpeak). After extensive testing there is no issues on our end so it seems to be a DNS or a DNS node issue going from their locations to our Data Center (South Carolina).

 

I have set up test servers and they’re also unreachable by the same people, I’ve ran multiple tests for multiple countries and have seen no issues. If there’s still issues I will move the server to the mid-US (Iowa).

 

These issues seem to now be resolved (June 29 @ 17:58EST). If you’re still having connection issues please contact me ASAP at admin@helpcomponline.com. The issue seems to of been caused by a router failure at the South Carolina Data Center.
